Our Mission:
The Mission of Paradise Pride, Inc. is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for special needs athletes over the age of 8 to develop the confidence and physical, social, and emotional skills of individual athletes by engaging in team sports activities such as soccer, basketball, bowling, track and field and the like in the central Minnesota, regardless of race, creed, color, ethnic heritage or socio-economic background.
Our Vision:
To continue providing a safe and welcoming environment for special needs athletes over the age of 8. We will continue our efforts to fill special lives in central Minnesota with a steady stream of opportunities and activities that create a sense of belonging and acknowledgement for each individual athlete. We will continue our efforts to become involved in our communities by volunteering to participate in and also organizing events and activities that create a sense of belonging and acknowledgement for all involved.

Our Floor Hockey Season will conclude this Wednesday, Dec. 10th with our second annual Floor Hockey Tournament in the gym at Jacobson Elementary School in Rush City. 
Our First Annual "Forward-A-Thon" was an enormous success because of our dedicated and hard-working participants, volunteers, family members, friends, and local businesses. A very special and heartfelt thank-you to our two Sponsors: Operation Round Up from East Central Energy and the Rush City Jaycees!!! Another extremely grateful and appreciative thank-you to Amy Mell, Rush City Administrator for her invaluable assistance and input for our project!! 
On Friday, February 1, 2008, Paradise Pride Athletes, Pride Pals, and Coaches who participated in the Bowlathon Fundraiser at Braham Lanes & Wayne's Pro Shop on December 27, 2007, presented a check for $560 to Principal Melody Tenhoff, Jacobson Elementary School, Rush City, MN 55069.
